FAQ's - Everything You Need To Know
How do I book a party?
Booking a party is easy! Simply click on the “Booking Form” tab in the menu section of our website, fill out your details, select your party date and teepee package, and then submit your form!! We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking request to confirm your booking.
How is payment made?
A non refundable deposit of $50 is payable at the time of booking, to secure your party date. You can pay via credit card or Paypal in the checkout section directly following your online booking request. The balance of your party booking is payable in full 7 days prior to your party date.
Can I change my party date after booking?
A request for changes to your party date or teepee numbers are permitted with more than 7 days notice of your party date (subject to availability). Requests for changes to your party date or Teepee numbers within 7 days of the booking date unfortunately are not accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted if notice is given no less that 7 days prior to the booking date. If cancellation is within the 7 days prior to your booking, full balance of your party booking is payable.
What is included?
All items listed in our “Packages section”, delivery (within stated delivery area), set-up (not available during Covid 19 period - DIY kits are the available option), styling, pack up, collection and general cleaning of all bedding and decorative items. For hygiene purposes, each sleepover guest will need to bring their own pillow.
Do you deliver in my area?
We currently service and deliver free of charge within 20 Klms of Mooroolbark. If you are located outside of this area, it is likely that we may still be able to assist you. Please contact us to discuss your party booking.
What is the standard hire period?
The standard hire period is approximately 24 hours. Setup will be completed (unavailable during Covid 19 restrictions), no less than 1 hour prior to your party time. We will contact you in the week leading up to your party to arrange the best drop off/ collection times.
Do I need to book in advance?
Our sleepover parties are extremely popular and book out quickly. It is recommended that you book as far in advance as possible, to avoid disappointment if your preferred party date is not available.
Are the lights and candles safe?
Yes. With safety being our first priority, all of our fairy lights, tea light candles and other accessories are battery operated and heat safe for use with children.
How is the hire equipment cleaned?
All bedding is washed after each use using hypoallergenic washing detergents. Cushions/ decorative items are disinfected after each use and spot cleaning of the Teepee canopies is carried out on an as needed basis.
Can I host my sleepover party outdoors?
Our Teepees are for indoor use only as the fabrics and bedding are not waterproof.
How long does set up take?
On average, a party of 5 takes around 1 hour to set up. A party of 10 takes around 1.5-2 hours to set up. Our DIY Kits contain full instructions and will take around 20 minutes per teepee to set up and decorate
How much space will I need?
Our Teepees (mattress included) are approximately 1.6m Long x 85cms wide. We usually set up the Teepees side by side and opposite each other for the best outcome with space, however there are many other options for configuration. If you are concerned that you don’t have enough space, please feel free to contact us with your room measurements and pictures and we will work with you to ensure a great outcome for your party.
Do you move the furniture in the chosen party space?
We require any furniture removal to be carried out, prior to us arriving to set up your Teepee party.
